Kadir and team did a great job. The team was extremely hard working and made sure we were happy. I would highly recommend Kadir’s team and will use them again. We had 2 Washrooms to be renovated, they made sure they kept us informed of everything they were doing. They let us choose the tiles, vanity and lights. The final product is great. We would definitely use them again.

TMD did renovation of our basement and main floor. Changed the way home used to look before, it looks lot nicer now. TMD team has great workmanship too. Even when tell them of any problem now after few months since completing construction, they come back to correct. Like today they came and fixed 80% of the problems and will come back to complete soon.

Kadir and his team were phenomenal in their dealing from the start to the end. Very professional team and I had a great experience with their work. As issues came up, Kadir was great to communicate with me on it and discuss options. Sometimes the options needed some creativity but Kadir always came through with great suggestions that would address the issue, but also be cost effective. He treated my home like his own and took the time to point out some minor details which could have easily been brushed over. The full team were very respectful and worked extremely hard, from morning to evening with no complaints.We are very happy with the work done my TMD Home Construction and would certainly recommend this team for your home needs. The work just finished so I will continue to monitor the quality but in general I will be calling them back for other work without hesitation and referring to friends and family.

These guys are true professionals! I called many contractors, small and big , and got a lot of quotes before deciding to go with TMD and I couldn’t be happier with the result.They are dedicated, on schedule and very flexible to work with. Not like other contractors that you have to chase after they collect your deposit.I made a lot of changes to what we had agreed on, so the price went up significantly but Iam truely happy with the result. Our family home was dated, especially the bathrooms, so my grandmother & uncle decided it was time!
